Bastard Child hath been baptised by the Name
of William< no role > And hath been now is and still
is likely to be Chargeable to the said parish of
St. Botolph without Aldgate this Examinant
being poor & not able to provide for the same
And this Examinant farther saith that the said
William Meekings< no role > is the true & only father of
the sd Female Bastard Child And that this
Examination is voluntary And that she hath
not been forced or Compelled to be examined by
any person or persons whomsoever
