James Church< no role > Maketh oath that about
eighteen Years ago he rented a house of Ten
Pounds a Year in the Parish of West bury upon
Trim in ye County of Gloucester and paid all
Parish Taxes there and Served the office of
Constable in ye Sd. Parish and by Means thereof
gained a legal Settlement there And this Dept.
Saith that he has not Since rented a house of
Ten Pounds by ye Year or upwards Nor Served
any Parish offices Nor gained any Subsequent
Settlement And that he hath a Wife Named Mary< no role >
And a Child Named Mary< no role > aged about fifteen
Months the lawfull issue of this Deponent and his
Said Wife
