The Examination of Mary Walker< no role > Single
Woman taken upon Oath before us two of
his Majestyes Justices of ye Peace for ye County
of Middx (one whereof is of ye Quorum)
residing in or near to the Limitts of ye Parish
of St. Botolph without Oldgate in ye sd
County this 28th Day of Febry 1750 .

This Examination upon her Oath Sayth. that about two Years
ago Mordecai Tinley< no role > who now resides near Drury Lane was a Servts. in Ye House of her Father
William Walker< no role > in Castle Street near Lester fields where
this Examinant then lived And this Examinant saiththat
that the sayd Mordecai Tinley< no role > did there prevail on her to
lye with her and had Carnell knowledge of this
Examinants body and often [..] afterwards there and at other Places did
lye with [..] this Examinant and that this Examinant
conceived with Child by him of a Female Bastard
Child of which She was delivered at ye House of
Mr. George Selway< no role > in Queen Street in ye sayd Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate aforersayd
