Children of which She now goeth and is
Pregnant as aforesaid is or are likely to
be Born a Bastard or Bastards and to be
Chargeable to the said parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in the County of Middx
She not being able to provide for the
same And that the said John Kennington< no role >
is the true and only father of the said Child
or Children so likely to be Born a Bastard
or Bastards as aforesaid And Lastly yt:
this Examination is Voluntary and
that She hath not been forced or Compelled
to be Examined by any Person or Persons
whatsoever.
