Flanders and belonging to the first Regiment of
foot Guards Maketh Oath and Saith that he
was born in the Parish of Frodsham in the
County of Cheshire and has not since gained
any legal Settlement to his Knowledge And
that he hath four Children by Mary< no role > his late wife
deceased (Namley) John< no role > aged about Eleven
years William< no role > aged about Nine years [..]
Ann< no role > aged five years and Stephen< no role > aged about
two years.
