Middlesex,

to wit, Thomas Robinson< no role > maketh Oath that
about forty years ago he was duly bound Apprentice by
Indenture to Thomas Palin< no role > of Old Street Road in
the parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
Ropemaker for the Term of Eight years and
upwardsserved the whole of his said Apprenticeship
with his said Master there. That he has not since
his said Apprenticeship rented any house or
Lodging of the yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds
or upwards or paid any Poor's Rate or Kings Tax
or done any Act to his knowledge or belief to gain
a subsequent Settlement And further saith
That being Poor and unable to provide for himself
he hath been obliged to apply to the Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the said County of Middlesex for
Relief and has been relieved by them accordingly
