And that the several sums of Money paid and expended
on account of that Hospital as appears in folio 389 of the
Ledger the sum of

So that the Disbursements on account of that Hospital in the same
year exceeded the Receipts by the sum of
86:3:3½
And we find that the Rent and Annuity Roll
for Bethlem Hospital as appears in folio 358 of
that Hospl. Ledger amounts to

That there has been Received for Dividends on
Stocks as likewise appear in the same folio

For Legacies and Benefactions which likewise
appear in the same folio

For Admission and Bedding of Patients and
for Maintenance of Incurables in the same folio

And for casual Receipt Do17.9.8
Making together the Sum of £.7631:11.7
And that the Sum Total of the Money
expended and disbursed for and on account of Bethlem
Hospital the particulars whereof appear in folio 359
of Bethlem Ledger amounts to the sum of
8047:1.7½
So that the Disbursements on account of that
Hospital paid in the same year exceeded the Receipts
by the sum of
451.10.0½
Which deficiency (as well as that on account of Bridewell Hospital)
was supplied out of the Cash remaining in the Hands of the Officers of
the said Hospitals at Christmas 1790
And we further certify that Mr. Treasurer has out of the Morries
in his hands invested the sum of £ 3052.10s.0d. in the purchase of
£ 3300 three per Cent Reduced Bank Annuities for the use of
Bridewell as appears in the general account in that Hospital Ledger
folio 389.
And we do also further certify that the Balance of Cash which
remained at Christmas 1791 in the hands of the Treasurer and different
officers of the Hospital and receiver of the Lincolnshire Estate are as follows Vizt:
