At this Court Benjamin Jebbs< no role > of Castle Street Leicester
Fields Esquire Mr. Richard Dalton< no role > of Abchurch Lane in the City of London
and Edward Bigg< no role > of Cary Street Lincolns Inn Esquire were unanimously
Elected Governors of these Hospitals and it is Ordered that Slaves
be sent them forthwith.

At this Court an Extract of the Will of John Elliott< no role > late
of the parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
Esquire deceased bearing date the 17th. day of December 1787 whereby he
Gave One Hundred Pounds to Bethlem Hospital was read.

his Benefaction of £100 reported


Richard Clark< no role > Esqr Alderman Treasurer Reported that he
had received of William Pickell< no role > Esqr . Alderman One Hundred Pounds
towards extending the Buildings of Bethlem Hospital for the reception
of an Additional Number of incurable Patients but if that object
cannot be obtained them to be applied for the General purposes
of the Charity It was moved and seconded that the thanks of this
Court be given to the Worthy Alderman for his kind and Charitable
Donation.

he had received of Francis Hammond< no role > of Potter's Bar in the
County of Hertford Esquire Fifty Pounds for the use of Bridewell

thanks of this Court be given to Mr. Hammond for his kind
and Charitable Donation
