and proposed as a Governor

Mr. Treasurer reported that he had received of
William Willis< no role > of Chatham Square Esqr £50 for the
Use of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals It was moved
and seconded that the Thanks of this Court be given to Mr.
Willis for his Kind and Charitable Donation which is
unanimously Ordered and that the Clerk do signify the
sense of this Court respecting such his Benefaction

Proposed by Richd. Clark< no role > Esqr . Aldn Treasurer to be
Elected a Governor of these Hospitals It is Ordered
that such Election shall be Determined by a majority
of Votes at a General Court and that Notice of such
intended Election be inserted in the Summon's for such
Court.

on Friday to Elect him
a Governor

It is Ordered that Mr. President be
requested to call a General Court on Friday next at
12 o'Clock Precisely for Electing The Right Honble

to the exemption of the Hospital
and Precinct from payment of Land
Tax

It is Ordered that a Committee of Six Governors
be appointed to Confer and Co-operate with the like
Number of the Inhabitants of this Precinct and to take
such Measures as shall appear to be necessary and adviseable Jointly
with them for exempting this Hospital and Precinct from
Payment of the Land Tax or any additional Claim or
Demand made or to be made exceeding what has been
