Willis for his Kind and Charitable Donation which is
unanimously Ordered and that the Clerk do signify the
sense of this Court respecting such his Benefaction

be appointed to Confer and Co-operate with the like
Number of the Inhabitants of this Precinct and to take
such Measures as shall appear to be necessary and adviseable Jointly
with them for exempting this Hospital and Precinct from
Payment of the Land Tax or any additional Claim or
Demand made or to be made exceeding what has been
