Affirmative unanimously Whereupon the Right
Worshipful Brackley Kennett< no role > Esqr Ald. President declared
the said Richd. Clark< no role > duly Elected treasurer of these Hospitals
until the next Election Day and a Deputation of the governors was
desired to wait upon him and acquaint him with such Election
Mr. Clark being in the Hall soon after came into Court & returned
Thanks for the However done him and was pleased to Assure be
Court that he would diligently Attend the Scuse of these
Hospitals.

Resolved and Ordered that all the Tenants of these
Hospitals and all Bodies Politer or Corporate and all and every
other Person and Persons whatsoever be indemnified out of the
Estates and Revenues of these Hospitals for and in respect of
all Sums of Money they shall respectively pay to Richd. Clark< no role >
Esqr . treasurer John Woodhouse< no role > Esqr Clerk of these Hospitals
Mr. John Griffiths< no role > Steward of Bridewell Hospital Mr. Henry
White< no role > Steward of Bethlem Hospital and Mr. John Bourne< no role >
Receiver of the Estate in Lincolnshire in their several & respective
Receipts and Collections

It is Ordered that Mr. treasurer Clark and Mr.
Auditor General be requested to Settle all Accounts with the
Executors of Nathl. Thomas< no role > Esqr . late treasurer of the assurance
Hospitals and that thereupon the Executors be desired to pay the
Balance to Mr. treasurer Clark who is hereby Impowered to
receive the Balance due on such Accounts when settled and to
give a Discharge for the same And it is hereby Ordered that
the said Executors and the Estate and Effects of the said Nathaniel
Thomas< no role > shall be Indemnified in such Payment by and out of
the Estates and Revenues of the said Hospitals from all [..]
