annexed setforth the Names of all such Tenants who at Christmas
last were above 9 Months in Arrear with the Sums they
respectively owed and their Annual Rents and in whose
Collection the same areAnd it Appearing to us that an Arrear
of £4.. mentioned to be due from the Drapers Company has been
carried on for several Years in the Hospital Books notwithstanding
upon Inquiry lately made Receipts have been given in full to the
Christmas preceding passing the Accounts We are of Opinion the same-
should be wrote off by the Auditors for the next Year so that
the Accounts of the Hospital may Correspond with those of the Company
Nevertheless the same is Submitted to the Judgment of the Court.
