Estimate of the Annual Value of every Piece of Land comprized in

This Committee are therefore of Opinion that in Consideration of many
Losses and Damages Sustained by the said Tenant on his said Farm
and the high Rent for which the same has for ten Years past been let
that the Sum of £334 be allowed to the said Tenant and deducted
out of his Arrears of Rent due at Lady day last And that the Rent of
£182 from that time be paid and accepted for the residue of the
Term in lieu and full Satisfaction of the Rent of £200 a Year
reserved by his Agreement for a Lease from this Hospital of the
Court shall think proper and approve the same All which is
Neverthless Submitted to the Judgment of the Court" This Court
