the Opinion of this Committee That for the future the Surveyor
shall be at Liberty to inspect the Contract Book and see what
Time the Buildings and Repairs agreed to be Erected and done
by the Tenants of these Hospitals ought to be done & performed
and shall from time to time Certify to the Committee whether
the same are done accordingly and that this matter be reported
to the next general Court for directions here in It is Ordered
that the same Report be and the same is hereby Confirmed

All my House hold Goods, & other Goods & things whatsoever And all
my Wearing Apparel both Linnen & Woolen & other Things whatsoever
to be delivered by my Executors to her within Six Months next after
my Decease without any reserve whatsoever And from & after her
Decease I Give the said Principal Sum of Six hundred pounds unto
the governors
of the Hospital of Bethlehem for the Time being In Trust
for the Sole Use and benefit of the Incurable Lunaticks which shall be
on or belonging to the said Hospital to be paid also within Six Months
