At a Grand Committee Thursday 27th. Sepr. 1764
The Steward of this Hospital
having informed the Committee that Charles Ednot the Barber has not attended his
Business in the Hospital of some time past and hath appointed another Person
to Officate in his Places, and this Committee being also informed that the said Chas
Ednot is now a Prisoner in the Kings Bench and thereby rendered incapables of
attending his Business for the futures This Comittee are of Opinion that this
Matter be Reported to the next General Court in Order that the said Charles
Ednot may be discharged from his Office of Barber of Bethlem all which is
submitted to the Judgment of the Court. It is Ordered that the

Ednot be discharged from his office of Barber of Bethlem Hospital
