21 years from Xmas next at £18. P Ann rent clear of Taxes pay able quarterly
at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital And to lay out £75 in Necessary
repairs, Or to give £24 P Ann rent clear of Taxes the Govrs. putting the sd. House
into Substantial repair & to Execute a Counter part of such LeaseAnd
praying a Lease AccordinglyThis Court Doll Order that the Sd
Petition be referred to the Comittee of this House to Consider thereof And
