Demised to the Petrs. Hugh & Eliza. Hamersley 5 Houses and ground at Charing Cross
To hold from Ladyday 1740 for 21 Years which will Expired at Lady day 1761 at
£80. P Ann rent clear of Taxes & a Tune of £550That the Petrs. Hugh & Eliza
Hamersley have Agreed to make an Absolute Assignment to the Pett. Wilson of
the said Premes from Last Ladyday for the Remainder of the sd. Term of 21 Years
which was then to come and unexpired who is willing to Accept the same
And praying a Lycence to the Petitioners Hugh & Elizabeth Hamersley to assign the
said Lease & Premes to the Petr. Wilson AccordinglyThis Court having Consider'd
the same Doth give Lycence to the sd. Petr. Hugh & Eliza. Hamersley to Assign the sd.
Lease 5 premes to the sd. Petr. Wilson for the Remainder of the sd. Term from
last Lady day.
