Mr. President declared the Vacancy of the Minister and Preacher in
the room of The Revd. Mr. Williams Gibbon< no role > Deced, And that he wou'd held
a Court for the Election next Wednesday.

Order'd it be Inserted in the Ticketts that the Election is to be by
Balloting and being at 12.0' clock at noon & end at 2. o'clock in the afternoon

Mr. Samuel Seawell< no role > and Mr. Morrice Griffiths< no role > Two of the
Governors Reported that in Pursuance of an order of Court the 22d of December last they had
made Enquiry and found that James Lipscomb< no role > who Served his Apprenticeship
in this Hospital to Sutton Sharpe< no role > is set up for himself in his Trade and has
the Charecter of a Diligent and SobermanIt is Orderd that the Clerk
do pay the said James Lipscomb Ten Pounds out of Mr. Fowkes Gift.

Perrot. Mr. Addl. Proposal for
a New Lease of North leigh Rectory

In a Letter to Mr. Taylor date 2d. Febry 1758 Mr. Perrot made the following
Additional Proposal ViztI Desire you will Acquaint the Governors
of Bridewell Hospital at their next meeting, That if the said Governors
shall think fit to grant me a Lease of the Lands to be Allotted them in
lieu of their Globe and Tylte in the Parish of Northleigh , upon those
Conditions which I offer'd in my Proposal, Then I will take upon myself to
Discharge their Proportion of the Expences incident to the Obtaining and
Passing the Act for Dividing and Incloseing the Commonfields of Northleigh
aforesaid, And of the Surveying, Measuring, Dividing, and Allotting the
Lands to be Inclosed, And of preparing & onrolling the AwardI amSir
