That

for 10 Years past has not had
more than two Apprentices at a time & some times but one and now
has none tho. his Appartment will very well Contain four Apprentices
Therefore the Comittee are of Opinion the sd. John Ittery is not a proper
Person to Continue as an Artsmaster. This Court having duly Weighed
& Considered the sd. Report doth Confirm the same And Order
That the said John Ittery do forth with quitt this Hospital.

March 1753 a Report was read from the Comittee of this House dated 3d.
June 1752 that they were of Opinion to Grant a Lease to Godfrey Thornton
deced of 36 feet of Grod. in Old Bethlem
therein Described To hold from
Laday 1752 for 71 yrs. wch Smit
[..] Cop & 1813 at a Pepper Corn rent the first Year & £7.10 P Ann clear
of Taxes for the residue of the said Term paying 20 Guineas Fine
And that he Might build his Coach houses & Stables at 4 feet
Distance from the House Abutting South on the sd. Hospls ground
wch Report being referr'd back the Comittee Reconsidered the same And by
their Report dated 30th. March 1753 Adhered to their former Opinion
wch being Reported to a Court 5th May 1753 the Court confirmed the
same and Ordered a Lease to be made to the sd. Godfrey Thornton Accordingly
That he dyed before any Lease was Executed having made his will
& his Wife

That there has been laid out above £2000 in building a Messe and
Coach house Stables
& other buildings on the sd. ground.
And the Petr. have Agreed the petr. Loubier shall have the sd. ground
for the Remr of the sd. TermAnd praying that the Lease of the
sd. premes may be made to the Petr. Henry Loubier for the Renir. of the
sd. Term of 72 Years he being ready to pay the sd. Fine & the rent now
due & to Execute a Counter part of such LeaseThis Court Doth
Order that a Lease be made to the Petitioner Loubier as desired.
