in the County of Middlesex

Setting forthThat he proposes to take a Lease (with usuall
Covenants between the Governors and their Tenants) of the two
Westermost Houses & Ground on the North side of Wapping Street
& one yard and Wharfe on the Southside of the said Street for 21 years
(from the Expiration of the Lease in being) at £10 P ann rent clear
of Taxes, and pay a Fine of £100 and lay out £200 in Necessary
Repairs and Execute a Counter part of such LeaseIt is
Ordered that the said proposal be Referred to the Comittee of this
House of Consider thereof And report their Opinion thereon to the
Court.

holdes a Farm called Gallens
under of Lease from the Governors Hospital
at the Rent of £75 a year from Michas1743 for 21 years which will
Expire 1764And that he has Agreed to part with all his Interest in the
said Lease and premes to the Petr. Bing And the Petrs. both Pray that the Rt.
may be Permitted to Surrender up the sd Lease and premes and that a New Lease
thereof may be Granted to the Petr Being from Michas last for the Remtr.
of the said Term of 21 years to come under the same rent and Covenants
This Court having duly Weighed and Considered the said Report doth
Confirm the same And Order that a Leave be made to the Petitioner
Bing Accordingly.

Mr Thrale proposed £55 clear of Taxes from Midsumer 1751 & to lay out £300 in repairs
Mr Love for Mr Entwisle £58 clear of Taxes from Laday 1752 & to layout £350 in
repairs to be made appear by the Workmens bills & Receipts
And the sd Comittee having Considered the sd respective proposals are
of Opinion to Accept of the proposal of the said Thomas Entwisle liced Mr Love being
called in and Acquainted therewith he gave two Guineas to the poors acre & It
while is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of the Court And it is Ordered
that this Opinion be Reported to the next CourtThis Court having
duly Weighed and Considered the said Report doth Confirm the same And
Order that a Lease be made to the said Thomas Entwisle Accordingly
