as follows Vizt. - At this Comee the Proposalls of
Thomas Clark< no role >
of Wapping
Sailmaker
(which was referred to them by Order of Court the 16th. of July last was
read setting forth - that he proposes to take a Lease of the Governors (with
such Covenants as are usually contained in Leases to their Tenants at Wappg:
of two Messuages or Tenements seituale on the West side of the White Lyon Tavern
at Wapping for 21 Years from Michaelmas next at the Yearly Rent of £8. clear
of Taxes payable quarterly at the Compling House of Bridewell Hospital
London and to pay a Fine of £105 and to layout £200 in repairing the
Premisses and to execute a Counterpart of such Lease - And the said

being called in proposed to make the Fine £136. and that the Cranes
that are or shall be on the Premisses shall be left at the and of the said Term
- This Comee having Considered the said Proposalls of £8 P Ann Rent
£200. being laid out in repairs and £136. Fine are of Opinion to accept the
same upon which the said

- All which is nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of the Court
And it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the Court. This Court
having duly weighted & considered the said Report doth confirm the same and order that
a Lease be made to the said

and to Execute a Counter part of such Lease-And the said

the Premisses shall be left at the end of the said Term - This Comee having
considered the said last Proposal are of Opinion to accept the same Upon
which he gave 2 Guineas to the Poors box - All which is Nevertheless
submitted to the Judgment of the Court And it is Ordered that this Opinion
be reported to the Court. This Court having duly weighed and considered the
said Report doth confirm the same and Order that a Lease be made to the sd Wm. Daniel accordingly.
