The Clerk Acquainted this Court he had received a Letter from Mr. Cheeke dated
the 6th. instant follows Vizt: Set there is a bill filed by the Executors of Sir John
James
< no role > to prove his will odd to have the directions of the Court touching the Charitys
of as I was Clerk in Court in the other Cause for the Hospitalls I am requested to and
if the Governours will appear to this Bill without insisting upon being served
with a [..] for that purpose and that you would Acquaint the Court with it
the like Application is made with respect to the Hospitall att Parke Corner

Saint George Hospital that the Governours of Bethlem Hospital do not think proper
to appear to the Bill of the Errors of Sir John James without a Sybpena being Served
that they may be intitled to their Costsand that the Governours of Bethlem
desire to know whether the Governours of St. Georges Hospital in and to appeal against
