Mr. Fotherby acquainted this Court he had received a Letter from the Clerk
of St. Georges Hospital dated 16th. February 1742. which he read as follows
Vizt.The Weekly Beard being informed that there has been a Hearing
before the Lord Chanceller relating to Sr . John James< no role > 's Will have Ordered
the Comittee to be summoned to meet on Monday 28th. instant at the
Devil Tavern Temple Barr at 5 o' Clock to consider what farther Steps
are proper to be taken in that Affair and hope that the Gentlemen of
Bethlem Hospital will give them a Meeting at the same time and place
of which you are desired by the Board to give them NoticeWhereupon
It is Ordered that the Comittee appointed for the affairs of Sr . John
James< no role > 's Will be summoned to meet at the said time & place and that
Mr. Plaxton be added to the said CommitteeAnd that such further
proceedings as at such Meeting shall be thought proper to be had in the
Suit relating to Sr . John James< no role > 's Will be carried on at the joint Expence
of the said Hospitalls of Bethlem and Sr . George.

for 31 years from Laday 1715 wch will Expire at Laday 1746 And praying
as Geome to Assign the same to the Petr Daniel for the residue of the
