Setting forthThat the Petitioners said late Husband served the
Governors as a Beadle thirty five years and (as she humbly hopes)
behaved himself to the Governors Satisfaction thereinThat her
said late husband is lately dead and left her in but indifferent
Circumstances and as she will be oblidged to quit her Appartment in
this Hospital to make room for the person who is to succeed her said late
husband and she being upwards of Fifty six years of age will be
entirely destitute of all means to support herself unless releived by the
Governorsand praying the Governors to take her case into
Consideration and that they would be pleased to allot her a small
Appartment in the Hospital to dwell in during the pleasure of the Court
A Motion was made and the Question put whether this Court
should agree to the said Petition it passed in the negative.
