Mr. President acquainted this Court that according to the directions of the last Court
he had received of Robert Bishop< no role > Esqr . the late Trear £3900. being the Ballance of
his Accounts and had laid out £23834 in the purchase of £2127..14..6 old South
Sea Annuitys for the Incurables and £560. in the purchase of £500. of the same
Annuitys for Bridewell in the names of himself President and Edward Holloway< no role > Esqr . Trear of these
HospitalsThis Court doth approve the same and Mr. President then paid
£956..19..8 the Remainder of the said £3900 to the said Mr Holloway the Trear.

This Court taking into Consideration the reduction of the payment of the
Incurables from 5s. PWeek to 2s..6d PWeekOrdered that such Reduction be
continued from Midsummer next to Midsummer 1740.

Ordered that Copys of all standing Orders relating to the Government of
both Hospitals be made out by the Clerk and delivered to the Treasurer.
