Thursday 12 April 1739

Comodityes and Appurtenances to the said thereby demised premisses belonging
of Appertaining To hold the same for Sixty one Years from Ladyday 1737 at a
Pepper Corn for the first year and Thirty six Shillings a year for the Remainder
payable Quarterly tax freeThat the Petitioner Baker the 10th day of
October 1738 (by leave of the Govrs) Demised or Lease to the Petitioner Charles Scott< no role >
the said premes by the said Lease granted, for a Term not exceeding the said Term
granted to the Petitioner John Baker< no role > as aforesaidThat the Petitioner
Baker by Decd dated the 8th. day of November 1738 assigned the said premes to
the Petrs. James Theobald< no role > John Smart< no role > and Joseph Maisters< no role > Subject to the said
Mortgage In Trust to sell the same as therein is mentionedThat the
Petrs James Theobald< no role > John Smart< no role > Joseph Maisters John Baker< no role > & Charles
Scott
< no role > are desirous of assigning to the Petitioner Edward Miller< no role > the same premes
for the Remainder of the said Term of 61 years now to come and unexpired
discharged of the said MortgageAnd Praying that the Petrs. James Theobald< no role >
John Smart< no role > Joseph Maisters John Baker< no role > and Charles Scott< no role > may have leave to
assign the said premes to the Petr Edward Miller< no role > accordinglyIf it

and Charles Scott< no role > have the Licence of this Court to assign the said premes to the
said Edward Miller< no role > accordingly

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Mary Alcock< no role > of Bridewell Precinct
widow and William Atwell< no role > of the same place Plaisterer Setting forth
That the Govrs by Indre of Lease dat 20th Janry 1738 demised to the Petr. Alcock
Three Messuages in Bridewell Precinct (No 13) To hold for the Term of fourteen
Years from midsumer 1732 at £15 P Ann payable Quarterly clear of Taxes
and by one other Indre date 17th Febry 1738 demised to the Petr. Alcock Two
other Messuages in Bridewell Precinct (No 18-19) To hold for 21 years from
Michas 1734 at the Yearly Rent of £12 payable Quarterly clear of Taxes
That the Petr. Alcock is desirous of assigning to the Petr. Atwell the premes
granted by both the said Leases, for the Remainder of the said Terms yet to come
And praying that the Petr. Alcock may have leave to assign the said
premes to the Petr. Atwell accordinglyIt is Ordered That the said
Mary Alcock< no role > have the Licence of this Court to assign the said premes to the
said William Atwell< no role > accordingly.
