Mr. President acquainting this Court that Frances [..] Esqr. in to had
[..] Steward of the Election first was [..] and attended till the Setting of this
Court but was taken all and obliged to returne house and had life his [..]
[..] Writing that his Nomination of his Sir William A [..] Esqr. to be and
of the Governors of these Hospitals may be referred in the usual manner
to the Consideration of the Comee of this House It is Ordered accordingly
but not to be drawn into President for any person to be hereafter
nominated to be one of the Governors in any other manner than from the
Month of the Governor giving each nomination in open Court

This Court being confirmed that the number of Governors of these Hospitals
is too great doth Order That no more Governors be nominated for three
Years from this day
