and Precinct thereof above 41 years the most part of which him his Maintained a
great Family and brought up several Apprentices who are free of this City and that he
has Seffered great Losses by the great desay of Trade which has reduced him to a very
mean Condition and being near Sixty years of age and his sight very much decay'd
his is incapable of working at his Trade and has been above five years out of all near
of buness and has been oblig'd to sell his Goods and working Tools to support himself
and his Aged wife who is very LameAnd Praying That the Court would
he pleas'd to take his Depl
