Upon Reading a Report from the Comee of this House bearing
date the 15th day of Decemr instant in the Words following
Vizt.This Comee observing that Several of the apprentices
in this hospital frequently Stay Out Late at nights and inquiring
of the Masters why they Suffer their apprentices to go out every night
when they keep late hours The Masters answered that all
the apprentices in the hospitals Claim the Liberty of Going out
every might as soon as their work & done and Constantly do so
without Lease from their Masters, which they say has been an
antient Custome. The Comee considering the same are of
Opinion That the apprentices in this Hospital Should not go out
of the hospitals without Leave from their respective Masters
or Mistress in the absence if their Masters This Court having
duly weighed and Considered the said Report doth Confirm ye same
and it is Ordered that the same be observed accordingly.

to this house to consider how to present the like greivance for
