Pritchard Loader< no role > That they give away his Victualls hide his
Candles and Neglect his work and that Baber who his the [..] eldest
of 'em is that worstAnd this Court being acquainted that
the said Richard Ekerman< no role > had frequently run away from his Master
and behaved himself very ill during the whole Course of his
apprenticeship It is Ordered that the said Richard Ekerman
be publickly conected before all the rest of the apprentices.

Then the Apprentices being all called into Court the said
William Homan< no role > and Richard Ekerman< no role > werer corrected but John

on an Errand by his Mar.did not return during the sitting of the Court

Mr. Treasurer acquainted this Court that by the Books of this
hospital it appeares that in the year 1684 Mr Pennyman and Mr. Addis
gate to this Hospital a Bond for £150 from the Mayor Alderman & Community
of the City of London to Daniel Man< no role > in Trust for Mr. Robert Southan< no role >
which afterwards came to them the sd Mr. Pennyman & Mr Addis and
that the said Bond not being amongst the papers in the Counting house
of this Hospital he had made Inquiry and found that the said Bond
was not Claimed nor away Interest paid thereon for several year but
that after the death of the said Mr. Man (who the City Halkney)
the said Bond was Claimed by his widow and turned into Oyshall
Stock presuant to the art of Parliamt. for that purpose and that
she Received Several Dividends thereon at one time & afterwards
Sold ye sd Stock & is since dead & that he had Spoke to her son Mr
Miles Man< no role > who Said he was a perfect Stranger to the whole walter
Except that he knew his Mother had such Stock & sold it Whereupon
it is Orderd that it be Referred to Mr. Trear to adjudt & Settle ye said
matter in behalf of this Hospital wth. the sd Mr. Miles man upon the
best Terus he can and to Report to ye. Court.

he being desires he may be discharged which his Master is likewise consent
withThis Court doth Order by the Consent of all parties That ye said
Edward Edwards< no role > be turned over to any other Freeman of ye same Trade that will
take him
