Upon Reading the humble Petition of John Boulter< no role > Weaver
Setting forth That he had Served an Apprenticeship in this hospll
and hath Since lived Twenty Years here and brought up Several
Apprentices who are now Masters of their Trades But by Decay
of Trade and Great Losses he is reduced very Low and not able to
pay Rent for Rooms So large as his Trade required And being
Sorry his misfortunes Should occasion any Trouble or displeasure
in this Court most humbly beg'd pardon for any offence by her
given That Trade being much better now than it had been several
years past he has Constant business and can keep and employ Several
apprentices and has not any other way to maintaine himselfe and
family and praying the Court to Consider his Condition and Continue
him in Some Rooms in the hospital and allow him three apprentices
or as many more as he can Employ to help him to carry or his Trade
It is Ordered That the said Petition do lye upon ye Talle
