discharged ye Hospital}

Mr. Treasr . Tayler acquainted this Court that in Psuance
of an Order of the 25th. day of March Last the Comittee of this
House had on the 24th. of May Last made an Order that John
Bennett< no role > Shoemaker one of the artsmar s. of this Hospital,
who had but one Apprentice and Should have kept four shou'd
remove out of this Hospital by Midsumer then next and on
29th. of Septemr. Last made an Order that the wife and family of
John Boulter< no role > Weaver another artsmar . of this Hospital who
had been along time a Prisonr. in Ludgate and had no
Apprentices Should forthwith remove out of this Hospital
and that the said John Bennett< no role > and the wife of the Said
John Boulter< no role > (he being then in Prison) had notice of the sd.
Orders But that ye said Bennet and Boulter (who is Since
got out of Prison) Still remain with their Familys in the
Hospital in defrance of the ComeeWhereupon
the said John Boulter< no role > was called into Court & acknowledged
that his wife had acquainted him with the said Order
of the Comee but he desired Six Months time to remove
And the said John Bennett< no role > was also Sent for but was
not at homeThis Court haveing considered the matter

Doth Order that the said John Bennett< no role > and John Boulter< no role >
do forwith remove with their respective familys out of this
Hospital

to consider how to compell
'em to remove out of ye Hospll.}

Ordered That it be Referred to the Comee of this house
together with the Gentlemen of the Long Robe who are Governor .
of these Hospitals to consider of proper means to Compell
John Boulter< no role > Weaver & John Bennett< no role > Shoemaker to
remove with their Familys out of this Hospital according to
the Order of this Court And that the Clerk do pursue the
methods which ye said Comee Shall direct for that purpose
