at Lady day next And praying that ye Court will be pleased to grant him
a Lease of his dwelling house and the Gunsmiths house next adjoyning for
Seven years at the Rent of Twenty pounds P Annm & Forty Pounds
fine and to repaire the premisses wth the usual Covenants Contained
in the Leases from the Said hospital to their Tenants It is Ordered
that it be referred to the Comee of this house to view the premisses
and to be at with the petr and to Report to their Court their Opinion
what is proper to be done therein
