This Court being Cherifly called for the Eleccon of a
president , Treasurer, Auditor Generall and Comittees and for the
Confirmation of the Governor s and Officers of the said Hospitals
proceeded to Eleccon accordinglty

The Right Worshippfull sr . William Withers< no role > knt . and
Alderman the present president being nominated to be Chosen
president of these Hospitals for the year ensueing It planily
appeared that the said sr . William Withers< no role > us by all the Governrs
here present unanmiously elected president of these Hospitals
for the year ensueing.

The Right Worshippfull sr . John Cass< no role > knt . and Alderman
the present Treasurer being nomiated to be Elected Trear
of these Hospitals for the yeare ensueing It planily appeared
that the said sr . John Cass< no role > is unammously elected Treasurer
of these Hospitals for the year ensueing.

The Worshippfull sr . Gabriel Roberts< no role > knt . the Present
Auditor Generall being noiated to be Auditor Genall or Standing Auditor of these Hospitals for
the year ensueing Mr. Hughes acquainted this Court that
sr . Gabriel Roberts< no role > desired to be ensured by reason of his age
and indisposition of body but this Court unammously elected
the said sr . Gabriel Roberts< no role > of be Auditor Generall of these Hospitals
for the year ensueing hopes he would be so kind to continue
the said office he had performed for so many years past and So
much to the Satisfaccon of the Governor s.

This Court desired Mr. Treasurer to look into the Great
Chest in this Hospital and in case there be no money there to
Seal up the Keys and leave them 10th the Clerk.

The Governor s. hereafter named are elected Auditors
of the Accounts of these Hospitals for the year ending at
Xmas next vizt.
