Clerks to defend the
Appeale of ye Church
Wardens of Blackfryers
to ye. pass. of the Mother
of B. Harrison late Artsmr.


Also the Chappell Wardens informing this Court that
Benjamin Harrison< no role > late one of the Artsmars of this Hospital
when he was discharged this house left his Mother
Harrison here who was sent to the parish of St Ann
Blackfryars as the last place of her Settlement by Order
of the right Worshipll Sr Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knt . & Aldran
of this Citty and President of these Hospitals from which
Order the Churchwardens of the sd parish had appealed and
praying that this Court would be pleased to order the Clerk
to defend the same att the charge of this house It is
Order'd accordingly

football playing in
ye. Hospital referred
to Conee


Also complaint being made to this Court that great
numbers of People doe frequently resort here and play
matches att foot ball and Cudgells in this Hospital to the great
disturbance of the Inhabitants. It is Order'd That it be
referred to the Comittee of this house to examine into the
matter and to report their opinion therein to this Court.

Matrons Complaint of
Convicts takeing from her
shifts Ordered to be made
for [..] by forse Etc Referr
to Comee


Also The Matron acquainting this Court that She had made
Severall Shifts for the women Convicts in this hospital to
be divided amongst them according to the direccon of the
Comittee of this house but that goeing with her Servants to
the prison to divide them some of the prisoners by force
took them away from her and would not Suffer her to
give them to those She was Ordered It is thereupon
Orderd that it be referred to the Comittee of the house
to enquire into the fact and to report their opinion
thereon to this Court.

Also the Clerk acquainting the Court That the Executors
of Mr Kilner late tennant of a house in fowkes Court in
Tower Street by Lease from this hospital for Eleven
