Comittee and doe hereby resolve to take the said Prmisses att the
expiracon of the said Mr. Pooles Lease into their Own hands and
to have the same put into Tennan table repair fitt of bee lett
att Rack rents or otherwise as they shall find most for the
benefitt of this Hospitall and for the improvement of Mr.
Locks guift for which the same were given.

Spurges, Pooles Tent.
To pay his Rent to the
Steward of ye Hospital &
to be Indictment for therein}

Alsoe This Court being informed by Mr. Thomas Bayley< no role >
the Steward of this Hospitall that One Mr.Spurges.
an under Tennant of the said Mr. Christopher Pool< no role > would
imediatly pay unto him £40. being rent now in his hand and
what other rent shall hereafter grow due thereby to satisfy
the ground rent due from the said Mr. Pool to this Hospitall
Provided hee may bee indempnified from the said Mr. Pool
upon his soe doeing Whereupon it is Ordered by this Court
That the said Mr. Spurges upon Payment of the said £40.
and what other rent hee shall hereafter Pay to the paid
Steward for the use of this Hospitall bee (upon notice given
to the said Steward) indempnified and Saved harmelesse agt.
the said Mr. Benjamine Pool< no role > as to any Charges or trouble hee
shall bee putt unto by reason of the payment of the said
rent to the said Steward for the use of this Hospitall as
aforesaid.

A Brickwall to be built
& Church Yardafterin
the roome of ye Wooden Fence}


Alsoe this Court being informed by the said Comittee
of this house that they had this day Viewed an Old decayd
wooden fence in the Church yard in the Precinct belonging
to this Hospitall and that they were of Opinion in would
bee more decent and beneficiall for this Hospitall to have
a brickwall in the roome of the said Decayd wooden fence
which they never the lesse Submitted to the Judgment of
this Court Where upon it is Ordered by this Court that a
Plain Substantiall brickwall not exceeding 10 foot high
above the ground with a handsome Plaine Pair of gates
bee built in the roome of the said Wooden fence att the
Charge of this Hospitall.

Alsoe this Court being likewise informed by the same
