This Comittee being against mett in Pursueance of an Order
of the 20th. January 1703 and haveing again Viewed the
prmisses in Holbourne
now desired to bee new Leased the
old Lease expireing att Lady day next And this Comittee
haveing alsoe advised with Our workmen doe find the Prmisses
much out of Repaire and two of the houses Emptye and
have heard the proposalls of Mr.

repair all the prmisses Substantially pay all the Ground rent
imediately schedule all wainscotts Etc and
