Wee whose names are hereunder Written have Viewed
the Prmisses in Old Bethlem
lett to Mr. Dancer and at
his Request have Viewed the Ditch on the North part
thereof and have Psused a former Lease lett by the
Mayor and Coialty Etc of London
dated 6th day of Aprill
1649 whereby it appears the actent of the ground on
the North side of the Prmisses is to the middle of the
Ditch and Mr.Foster who is Owner of the ground
on the North Side being likewise Prsent together wth
the said Wm. Dancer< no role >
Wee are of opineon That the
said Wm. Dancers Ground doth Extend to the middle
of the sd. Ditch on the North Side of the Prmisses and
