a New Lease and for the consideracons therein
menconed had a New Lease for 44 Years of wch there
is Now 9 Years to come That before the sd. Fire there
was adjoyneing to the Prmisses a Well or Receptacle
for Water wch was part filled up upon makeing a
pair of Stairs into the Themes for the Prcinct butt
the same being not well done the ground upon wch.
Yor. petrs. Unkle built a House wherein one Austin
now Dwells and a Stable thereto adjoyneing are
like to fall down being now shored up wth props and
will cost above £100 to Repair Therefore prays to have
a New Lease of the Prmisses upon such condicons
as this Court should think fitt Whereupon it is
Ordred by this Court That it be Referred to the standing
Comittee of the Hospll. of Bridewell (and that Jno. Turvine< no role >
Esqr be added to the sd. Comittee) who or any five of them
are to Treat wth the said Charles Breame< no role > for a New
Lease of the Prmisses upon such Termes and condicon
as shall be most for the benefitt of these Hosplls. and
to make Report thereof to this Court.

Also upon Readeing to this Court the Report of
Mr. Jno. Furness< no role > and Mr. Samll. Hannott< no role > Two of the
Govors of these Hosplls That upon Enquirey they do find
That Charles Baldery< no role > is sett up for himself in his
Trade of a Weaver and hath the Caracter of a good
husband and a Sober Man It is Ordred by this
Court That Mr. Trear do give and pay unto him
Ten pounds of the profitts of Mr. Locks Guift to be
allowed Mr. Trear in his next Acct.
