Madam Baker to
deliver papers to Mr Trear


This Court being Informed That Mrs Baker wife
of Daniel Baker< no role > Esqr [..] deced late Trear of these Hosplls
hath in her custody severall writings and papers relateing to
these Hosplls. It is thereupon Ordered by this Court That the sd
Mrs Baker do deliver to Mr Tho Gardiner< no role > the prsent Trear of
these Hosplls: all such deeds writings papers and other things wch
she hath in her hands custody or possion relateing to these
Hosplls: and that his Receipt for the same be a sufficient discharge
to the sd Mrs Baker: for her so doing:

Also Upon the humble Peticon of John Bolter< no role > one of the
Arts mars of Bridewell Hospll setting forth That he had laine
under the displeasure of this Court for wch he had begged pardon and
that the house he lived in was too small for his number of boys he
would take and for the [..] loomes he had occasion to sett up and that
Mr Fowler another arts mar was willing to lett him come into his house
and to accept of the house the sd Mr Bolter had It is thereupon Ordered
by this Court That the sd. John Bolter< no role > be readmitted into the favour of
this Court and that he have the house wherein the sd John Fowler< no role > lives
