of the Artsmasters of this Hospll) upon the sd Hospll & prcinct
thereof, and that he had opposed the same as he had formerly
done, in the case of Benja: Ruth< no role > his wife and three chilldren
And that upon a full hearing and debate of the matter by
Counsell on either side the following Order was made vizt.

Upon hearing of the appeale of the Chappellwardens of
the Hospll of Bridewell London and the Prcinct thereof agt an
order dated the 20th day of Aprill last under the hands and
seales of Jno Webber< no role > Esqr & Robt Constable< no role > Esqr two of her Majties
Justices of the peace for this County (Quor unus) whereby one Jane
Pryor
< no role > wife of Jno Pryor< no role > was lately removed from the parish of St
Mary Matfellon als Whitechappell in this County to this said
prcinct of Bridewell the said order alleadging, that the said Jno
Pryor and his said wife were lately come into the said parish
endeavouring to settle himselfe and his said wife there wth out
