And the said Report being here duely weighed and considred is
Confirmed by this Cort. And It is Ordered That a new Lease
of the pr. misses be granted to the sd. Richd. Bolton< no role > pursuant
there unto and undr. such other Coverts & Conditons as are
usuall in Like cases

Also Upon the severall humble petitions of John Quarterman< no role >
and Wm. Warwick< no role > Glazyers For one of them to be Elected Glazyer
of the Hospll. of Bridewell in the roome of Francis Quarterman
lately deced And they being severally putt in nominated
for the same place it plainly appeared by plurality of
hands That the said John Quarterman< no role > is thereunto duely
Elected Whereupon It is Ordered by this Cort. That the said
John Quarterman< no role > be Admitted to doe the Glazyers worke
of the said Hopll. during the pleasure of this Cort.

Also a Letter from Thomas Allen< no role > one of the Tennts for part
of the Estate in Kent devised to Bethlem hopll. by Mr Wm.
pott
< no role > deced being here read & giving an Accot. of the burning
downe the said Allecis dwelling house and other out houses
by late accidentall Five The matter of the Sd. Letter and wh:
is most proper to be done therein is hereby referred to the
Consider acord of the Comittee formerly appointed by Order
of Court For the viecoing Letting and disposeing of the Estate
in the Isle of Thamett is Kent lately devised to the sd hospll
by Mr. John Edmondson< no role > deced or any three of them And they
to Report their opinion therein to this Cort.

Also It is Ordered by this Court That the Tennants that hold
any Lands or Tenents. in Kent or else where in the Country
from the said Hospll be not permitted to run above a year in
arreare of their respective rents And That in case they doe
the Clerk of these Hospll. shall prosecute them for recovery
thereof

Also Upon Reading to this Cors the Report of Mr. James Herrys< no role >
and Mr. Samll. Keble< no role > Governrs. of these hospll That upon Enquire
they doe Find That Walter Light< no role > is Sett up for himselfe in like
Trade of a Shoemaker neare the Guy of warwick in Bridewell
precinct and has the Charactor of a sober man and a good
Husband It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. Trear doe give and
pay unto him Five pounds in further part of Mr. Locks Gift
(He having reced £5: in part thereof already) The better to E [..]
him to carry on his said Trade To be allowed Mr. Trear in this
next Accompt.
