In pursuance of an Order of Court of the 3rd. May in
This Comittee being mett to receive the proposall of Richd.
Bolton
< no role > For a Lease of a house formerly lett by Lease to
Wm. Wood< no role > Esqr . wch. lately Expired And the said Richard
Bolton
< no role > proposing That he having the old matterialls is
willing to take a Lease of the premisses for 51 years from
Lady day last past at the Rent of Eight pounds P Acct for
the last 50 years thereof and a pepper corne for the fur
yeare & to build upon the Pr. misses to 2 new houses wth. brick
substantiall Timber according to the Act of parliamt. for 2
rate of Building in the Citty of London And to sett back the
same so Foot to rainge wth. the other now buildings there [..]
usuall Covenants of the hospll: Leases for Building All is
proposall this Comittee think reasonable and are of
Opinion That a Lease be granted accordingly.
