considerable Terme And having this day discoursed the
Roger Taddy< no role > & considered what by the Covents. in his lease
(wth. will Expire in two yeares and a halfe) He ought to
doe on Leaving the prmisses. Are of Opinion That
in Consideracon of the sd. Roger Taddy< no role > 's paying down
£100 Sterling and Surrounding up his Lease now in
being on or before Lady day next He shall have a
New Lease for the Terme of One and Twenty Years
from Michas next at the rent of £75 P ann. & undr. the
same Covents. as in the Former Lease wth. an Excepcon
for Rebuilding the pidgeon house in case it fall down
in regard the same now stands upon Shores And that
there upon the prmisses. at the charge of the Governr.
of the Sd. Hosplls. be putt in good and Substantiall repaire
The charge whereof this Committee wth. the Advice of the
Carpenter of those Hosplls being alsoe upon the prmisses.
doe Compute at about £150 And further That at the
like Charge all Matterialls be found during the sd. Terme
as Mr Edmanson was in his formr. Lease obliged to Find and
over and besides them all Brick & Stone necessary to
be used in the repaires of the prmisses. during the sd. Term

This Comittee haveing duely weighed and considred. the
sd. Report doe confirme the same & Ordr. & a New Lease
thereof accordingly And the Thanks of this Court as
here given to the sd. Committee for their great Care and
trouble in the sd. Affaire
