New Lease for the Terme of One and Twenty Years
from Michas next at the rent of £75 P ann. & undr. the
same Covents. as in the Former Lease wth. an Excepcon
for Rebuilding the pidgeon house
in case it fall down
in regard the same now stands upon Shores And that
there upon the prmisses. at the charge of the Governr.
