This Comittee in psueance of an order of Court of ye: 26th: of
November 1697 whereby it was referred to them to consider what was fitt
to bee allowed to William Kellett< no role >

Apothecary
to the Hospitall of Bethlem deced) on a bill for Physick
delivered to the Porter of Bethlem amounting to £14:9s-0d. and an
other bill to John Kensey Steward of Bridewell
Hospitall amounting to
£1-3s-6d. in all fifteene pounds twelve Shillings and Six pence
Haveing considered thereof are of opinion that ten pounds bee paid
to the Said William Kellett< no role >
hee giveing a discharge in full of all
demands from the said Hospitall and all and every the Servants
thereto belonging.
And in further Psueance of the Said order haveing considered of a method
or Standing rule to bee observed in the administracon of Physick and Surgery
to the Servants belonging to the said Hospitalls for ye: future are of opinion
that the Sevall Psons hereafter named shall incase of Sicknesse or any
other accidentall misfortune bee taken care of and receive Phisick and
Assistance from the Phisitian Apothecary and Surgeon of the said
Hospll: att ye: charge thereof as occasion shall require (Vizt:) the Apprentice [..]
ye: 4d beadles ye: porters mass of ye: Hospitall
of Bridewell

Baskett men and all ye: Women Servants belonging to ye: Hospitall
of
Bethlem
And likewise that an account shall bee kept by the said Apothecary
and Surgeon
in a booke or bookes for that purpose wherein shall bee
entred all such Physick and Surgery as they shall respectively adminis [..]
or pforme upon account aforesaid and that the Physitians Signeing
such booke or bookes shall bee a sufficient warrant to ye: usuall

and surgeon for ye:
Patients in Bethlem Hospitall to passe and allowe their respective bills
for the same as well what is already past as hereafter shall bee
done
