in Mr. Fowk's will


Upon the applicacon of Mr: Tilden (wife of Colllt: Tilden lately deced and of Mr: Totton
the Surviving Execr: of Mr: John Fowke< no role > a late bountifull Benefactor to
these Hosplls:) to this Court concerning a Debt of £25: claimed by the sd
Mrs. Tilden To have been due from the said Mr. Fowke to her husband
by vertue of a Covenant in a Lease heretofore made between the sd
Mr. Fowke and Colllt. Tilden and not paid at his decease And upon
reading a former order of this Court whereby it appeares That if any
just Debt due from the said Mr: Fowke should then aftr. appeare those
hosplls. are to pay one moietye thereof (The othr. moietye being to be
paid by Christs hospls.) It is Ordered by this Court That it be left to
the Trustees of this Hospll. named in the will of the said Mr. Fowke
togethr. with the Trustees of Christs hospll: To Consider of the prmisses
and to Determine the same as they shall think fitt

Also upon the humble peticon of Dr. Richard Burd< no role > Shewing that
notwithstanding this Court had been lately pleased to Discharge
Margtt: Hebb< no role > out of the Hospll: of Bethlem and she had been Settled on
the parish of St: Mildred Poultry according to Lawe yett she had
continued to vex and trouble the peticonr: in a most insupportable
manner see that the Churchwardens of the said parish refuseing
to provide for her as a Lunatick your Peticonr: was force to gett her
into the said Hospll: of Bethlem and to become bount to pay the
charge three of Humbly praying Therefore the consideracon of
this Court in mitigation of the weekly payment For her keeping in
the said Hospll: This Court considering the Extraordinary nesse of
the Case Doe thinke fitt and see order That the said Margtt. Hebb
be kept in the said Hospll. From the time of her last admittance
at the rate of Two Shillings P weeke during the pleasure of this
Court
