Also upon the humble Peticon of Benjamin Copplestone< no role > Cittizen &
weaver of London who was brought opp an apprentice wth: Daniell
Nipp
< no role > weavr . one of the Artsmars . of the Said Hospll: & since made A
Freeman of this Citty by the approbacon of this Court and who is sett
up for himselfe in the Trade of A weaver (as he alleadgeth) at the
widdow Speed's in Maiden head Court near Long Alley in Moore
-field's For some part of Mr. Lock's gift the better of enable him to carry
on his said Trade Itt is ordered by this Court That Mr. Depty:
Fazaberley Major Hodges Mr. Rous & Mr. King (Governor's of these
Hosplls.) or any two of them be desired To enquire of the sd. Benjn.
Copplestone whether he be soe sett up in his said Trade & of his
hopefullness therein And to make report thereof the next Court

Also upon the humble peticon of Frances Hebb< no role > and Ann Harding< no role >
widdowes Shewing That ye [..] .petr. Ann Harding< no role > haveing in her hand's
3: guyne as of Margtt. Hebb's (Daughter of [..] yor. Petr. Frances &
a Lunatick ) was induced to become bound togethr. with her said mothr:
for her keeping in the Hospll: of Bethlem hopeing That by that time the
Sd: three guyneas were runn our the said Lunatick would have
been recovered or else That the said Petr. might have had her out &
been discharged of the sd. Bond. That accordingly she came to the sd
hospll. to have pd. the Three guyneas whilest the same would have
cleered the house & to have gotten the sd. Patient discharged But the
Steward being then sick her money was not reced & the Comittee
refused to discharge the Patient Soe that the Peter's thro' Ignorance
how to gett themselves freed of the Bond stand still bound & lyable
to pay for above A yeares keeping That they are poor widows and the
petr. Hebb is forced to got to service and the Petr. Harding has three
children besides her mother to maintaince Humbly praying therefore
That this Court Would please to take the prmisses. and the Extraordinary-
-nesse of the Petr. Case into Cheire charitable consideracon And
discharge the Petr. on paymt. of the sd. Three guyneas This Court
considering the circumstances of this case And compassionating the
conducon of the Petrs. Doe thinke fitt & Soe ordr. That the sd. Patient
be forthwith discharged And That on paymt: of the said three guyneas
the bond be delivered up

Also upon the humble Petition of Margtt. Gipps widdow Shewing That she
was borne in Bridewell hospll: her Fathr. haveing hold an Artsmastr. there
near Forty yeares That she was abt. thirty six yeares an Artsmaster 's wife
in the same hospll. where she lived in good creditt and has kept Foureteen
apprentices many yeares togthr. That ye [..] Petrs. last husband Jos: Gipp< no role > 's
made away all the petrs. good's in his life time & dying left yor. petr. in a
very low and miserable conducon who is now both blind and same and
unable to help her selfe Humbly praying Therefore the charity of this Court
in such mannr. as shall be thought fitt Itt is ordered That Mr: Trear Doe
give & pay her Forty Shilling's by Two shillings a weeke every munday
Morning till the same be out To be allowed Mr. Trear in his next Acct.
