Upon the humble Peticon of Robert Smith< no role > of Waltham
abbey in the County of Essex Gent Shewing That Gregory
Page
< no role > who hold of the Hospitall of Bridewell by one
Lease 6 Messnages with the Appartemes on the North
five of Wapping Street for Fifty one years from Lady day
1664 at £18. P Ann and by another Lease Some ground
and Loyle Two Yards and four Tenemts. on the South Side
of Wapping Street for 51 years at £10 P Ann Rent by
his deed dated yth. Octobr. 1683 Did absolutely Sell and
Assigne over to the said Roberts Smith the Lease and
Prmisses first menconed, and also the Two Yards (pt of the
prmisses in the last menconed Lease for all the Terme to
come therein and did Agree that the said Robert Smith< no role >
Should have the Said Two Yards for all the residue of the
said Terme free from all Rent and that in Order
there unto the Said Gregory Page< no role > did on the [..] 31th. Augst.
last Surrender the Lease last menconed to the intent the
same night be Divided and that the said Two yards might
be granted to the said Robt. Smith for all the residue of
the said Terme Humbly praying therefore that this
Court would be pleased to grant to the said Robt. Smith< no role >
a Lease in his own name of all the prmisses in the
Lease first menconed, and of the said Two Yards for
all the Terme therein to come at £18. P Aunm Rent
and Under the like Covents. Condicons and Provisoes as are
in the Same Leases contained This Court upon Considn.
of the matter of the said Petition Doe Thinke fitt to grant
the Same & doe Order accordingly

marrying the Widow of Henry Allsop< no role > decd late one of the
Tenants of the Bethelm Hosptl. is become entitled to ye. remd.
of a Terme wch. is about 3 years in a house in Old Bethlem
for the leave of this Court to Assigne his Interest therein
of John Gaddon< no role > Cittizen and Guilder of London who is the
Prsent Tenant in Tossession of the said House: This
Court Doth grant the Same.
