She was a 2d time indicted for privately stealing (with Eliz Hawkins < no role > not yet taken) 4 Guineas and a half, from the Person of Edward Fitzgerald proceedingsvictim , Aug. 27 .

But Edward Fitzgerald < no role > , Peter Obrian < no role > , George Anderson < no role > , Sarah Grant < no role > , Sarah Lamb < no role > , and Charles Hays < no role > , (who were bound over to prosecute) not appearing to give Evidence against her, she was acquitted , and the Court ordered their Recognizances to be estreated.
