. It appeared, that on the date aforesaid at Midnight, the Watch found the Prosecutor's Cellar Door open, and knocking up the Prosecutor, he looked to see whether any thing was missing, but finding every thing safe, went to Bed again; but the Watch finding the Door open again, called up the Prosecutor a 2d time, who miss'd the Mony mentioned out of his Box. The Prisoner's being immediately taken, confessed the Fact. The Jury found the both
guilty to the value of 10 d.
