Which Tryals being over, the Court proceeded to give Judgment, as followeth:

Five received Sentence of Death, viz.

Edward Jackson < no role > , for the High Treason, to be drawn and hanged; John Gower < no role > This name instance is in set 1113. for killing his Wife, Edward Hubbard < no role > , Francis Robinson < no role > , and John Smith < no role > , alias Ashburneham, to be Hanged.

Seven were burnt in the Hand, viz.

John Williams < no role > , Charles Robinson < no role > , Sam. < no role > Knightley, Nich. Polit (or such a name,) Joseph Measures < no role > , Eliz. Hall, Jane Owen < no role > .

Two to be Transported, viz.

John Smith < no role > , William Fletcher < no role > .

Two to be Whip'd, viz.

William Billingsley < no role > , and Ann Blaney < no role > .

One to stand in the Pillory, viz. Jonathan Hall.
